Well, not a thing has actually been done to the lot...other than a mowing. Oh, and the port-a-potty that got knocked over from the home being built next door...lovely. We are in permit mode, we need a few from the city...so we are permitted to wait a couple of months before we see dirt move...unless you count the contents of the port-a-potty...disgusting...can we switch lots? Ha! So, we do have a sold button on the neighborhood display case inside the office and the sold sign on the actual lot...which I can not bring myself to photograph with the port-a-potty still present :)
